GAAYA by Oasis Spa Membership – Terms & Conditions
Membership Activation
- The membership must be activated in-store upon the first visit.
- Members are required to provide personal details at the time of activation.
- Membership is valid only for the registered individual and/or guest (if applicable).
Membership Validity & Changes
- Prestige Retreat is valid for 1 year from the date of activation.
- Serenity Pass is valid for 6 months from the date of activation.
- Once activated, membership details cannot be modified, transferred, or assigned to another person.
Usage & Benefits
- Discounts apply only to the registered member (or guest for the 5,999 THB & 3,999 THB plans).
- The guest must visit GAAYA by Oasis Spa together with the member to receive the same membership discount.
- Members enjoy 30%-50% OFF spa programs, depending on their membership tier.
- A FREE 2-hour birthday massage is included for 1-year members and must be used within the birthday month.
- 20% OFF on KIN products is available throughout the membership period.
Restrictions
- Membership fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other benefits.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers.
- GAAYA by Oasis Spa and Oasis Spa are separate entities; benefits are not transferable.
Booking & Cancellations
- Advance reservations are required to redeem membership discounts and perks.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the appointment will be forfeited.
